Our CCO serves to verify our adherence to our compliance policies and procedures and code of ethics that were drafted by the law firm that helped us establish our funds. Our policies and procedures are designed to ensure we place our client’s interests at the forefront of our efforts. Our CCO is also available to answer compliance questions we may have and help us address any regulatory inquiries or audits should they arise.

You have worked and saved over your career in preparation for retirement. InterGeneration can help plan and invest for your future by understanding your financial goals and crafting your portfolio to suit your unique situation.

InterGeneration brings cost effective institutional-grade investment management processes to you and your family. Our goal is to optimize investment returns consistent with the level of risk you are comfortable with.

InterGeneration does not custody any client assets. We work with our independent custodian, a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest custodian bank, through our introducing broker who make available full transparency of account portfolio holdings and daily net asset values to clients through their proprietary software application.

InterGeneration also engages an independent award winning fund administration firm based in Chicago with offices nationwide to make available monthly financial reports.

InterGeneration can act as a Section 3(21) or 3(38) investment fiduciary, providing investment selection and monitoring services to thrift plans and acting in the sole interest of plan participants. We prefer to work with independent plan administrators, as distinct from administrators that also provide fund products, in order to avoid any potential conflicts of interest.

Our preferred plan administrator offers web-based individual plan participant account access providing investment options, profiles, elections, balances, reports, and statements.

InterGeneration also works in collaboration with tax accountants, attorneys and brokers to structure and manage executive incentivization and retention plans for companies.
